Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, or even an entire order, our service team will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund your money for the products returned.

Any unopened cartridges may be returned within 90 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

If your item(s) are broken or defective, please contact our support team and we will make sure everything is taken care of.
